You're Fintastic Fishes!

Hi there,
I have made a see through inside shaker card using lawn fawn stamps and dies and paper.

I had this idea for a long time now, but I didn’t have the staz-on ink for stamping on acetate sheets. Well I have one now and I couldn’t help myself from getting Meow you doing’ from lawn fawn. It is such a cute stamp and die set.

I started the card using the watercolour perfectly plaid rainbow papers from lawn fawn and I die cut them using the largest of the large stitched rectangle. I aliened the tank die from fantastic friends and I repeated for the card base.

I stamp the tank on the acetate with staz-on jet black ink twice, I used scissors for cutting the sheets and stuck it on both the card stocks using double sided adhesive. Now the glass for the fish tank is ready. All we need to add some fishes and decor for the tank.

I stamped and die cut some fishes, sea weeds, sand and a sand castle and I mirror stamped and die them so that you can see the other side on the tank when you open the card. I coloured them using copic markers.
I double form taped the card, assembled the fishes, sand castle etc., and added some blue glitters for the water. and layered the card base.

I love cats so much and I was so happy When I got my meow you going’ stamp and die set from lawn fawn. I wanted to add a cat behind the fish tank so that the cat can look at the fishes.

I sure the cat loves these fishes and thinks they are fintastic.

Underwater birthday box card pop up

Hi there,

Today I am going to share a Birthday Pop- up box card using the new lawn fawn Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die. As I was so excited with my new dies, I just wanted to start making a card with it.

Lawn Fawn have created a new challenge blog, Lawn Fawnatics. And the first challenge is a birthday theme. I wanted to challenge myself to a make card for the birthday theme.

I didn't start this pop up box card for the challenge first, but I got there eventually. Because I was not able to wire snipe the top rectangle die from the die set as my wire snipe was too big to fit in between the gap. Since I was too eager to make a pop up box card, I used an aqua cardstock for die cutting the scalloped box card pop up with the top rectangle die along with it. It created a window for the background and the wide side, which gave me an idea to add some beads for the background and wide side. It also has some shaker effects too.

I used mermaid for you stamps and die set to create an underwater scene for the pop up box card.
I used double stitched label from the fancy box dies to make a label to stamp happy birthday message on it and the font perfectly matched the underwater theme.

I stamped some images from mermaid for you stamps and coloured them with copic markers. I die cut the stamps using the coordinating dies and assembled them on the pop up box card. I didn't use any party decor or party hats or gifts, but I did add some accessories for the mermaids and the merman.

The narwhal, seahorses and fishes joined along with the mermaids and merman to wish you a
"Happy Birthday"

I hope you like my project!

Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great day!

Bithday Card

Hi!

Its been a long time since my last blog post. A lot of things has happened....... since then.

Anyway today I wanted to get back and start blogging, and I wanted to share the cards I made using snuggle bunnies stamp and die set from My Favorite Things.

I really had a great time making these cards! :)

I started by stamping the bunny in a white cardstock and colouring it with copic markers and I die cut the bunny with the coordinating dies. I die cut some balloons using pink cardstock to match the bunnie's t-shirt using party balloons dies from lawn fawn. I embossed a purple cardstock for the background with happy birthday embossing folder from cuttlebug. I attached the embossing panel to a 5.5" x 4.25" light purple card base. Then I used some foam adhesive to attach the bunnie and the balloons.

And Here is another similar card with different designs and colours.

I just love the contrasting colours on these cards.

I hope that you like it!
Thanks for stoppping by, and have a great day!
